What we do?

TEC’s programs are designed to promote empowerment, peace, and prosperity for women and girls across Liberia:

Women’s Economic Empowerment

We provide skills training, agricultural support, and entrepreneurship opportunities to help women build sustainable livelihoods.

Peacebuilding & Leadership

We strengthen women’s participation in governance and peace processes, ensuring their voices shape decisions that affect their lives.

Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Prevention & Response

Through awareness campaigns, community dialogues, and survivor support, we work to end GBV and promote safer communities.

Education & Leadership Development

We equip girls and young women with knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to realize their full potential.

Climate Action & Environmental Protection

We promote women’s engagement in sustainable agriculture and climate resilience initiatives.

Our Impact

Empowered rural women through rice and cassava farming cooperatives. Conducted GBV awareness campaigns and focus group discussions in target communities. Promoted women’s participation in peacebuilding and decision-making processes. Supported leadership training and livelihood programs for young women and girls.
